lz，南京南支持站内换乘的，你直接拿着要换乘车次和本次列车的的票上楼梯，找检票员帮你开门，让你进候车厅，直接去沪汉蓉检票口检票上车。

还是上楼梯进站，看大屏幕你的车在哪个口，很方便的，2分钟

不出站换乘的方法就是往上上楼进入候车厅

有人的话就喊人给你开门 没人管就翻栏杆进去 这样最快

走出站地道的话就麻烦了

沪汉动车都在21、22站台（检票口），是已南京南站开通部分最南的地方。LZ进了候车室以后直接往南走就行了~

正如各位所说，来回都是在南京南换乘，下车后直接上楼让妹子开锁进入候车大厅，整个过程2分钟左右。
