等第二复线通车后客运都上新线，到时候肯定得上一批机车 客车肯定跟着一起提速 现在那一大堆SS3留在老京包上吧

现在难道用SS3拉客车？不是说都机供了吗，印象中呼局的客车都是兄弟局负责牵引的，呼局没有电客机，去年说是要拨一批电3来，貌似又被忽悠了

客车都是外局的机务。t284不是机供吧

北京方向的机供是京局丰段的HXD3C担当
西安方向的机供是西局西段的SS7C担当，K219、K1117京局丰段HXD3C
兰州方向的机供是兰局兰段SS7C
其余有呼局的SS3，也有京局的SS3担当
