儿童票“大于”半价成人票

今天在12306网站买了张儿童票，成都到攀枝花，收了我52.5，成人全价不也才103么，半价下来也应该是51.5啊，求高人解释一下为何多了一块钱，谢谢啦

车站空调费 以及客票发展基金价格一样的

全票   客票62   加快费24    客票发展基金1    空调费 15车站空调费1
孩票         31            12                        1             7.5                   1

真没那么多可讲的理啊，卧铺的10元卧铺订票费也是霸道的。
